At London City Airport, they have created an Enterprise Zone (it was announced in the budget). London City Airport claims it brings so many jobs into the area, then why is it that you need to turn the area into an Enterprise Zone. Secondly, the Planning Rules in Enterprise Zones, means the answer the any planning application will be Yes. I am not sure it is applies to existing companies like airports, but it is not good news for the environment if companies can steam through planning applications without much restrictions.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
